I used it the first time today. Inserted battery, plugged into the car, turned ignition on, got all the correct indications. Used LiveRecording, went on a short trip. Installed the software on PC to look at recorded data, connected the scanner, then: display lights up, nothing readable, key beep but that is it; when using the software, Print, I only get an empty page even though after the recording in the car I did a quick check on the scanner. Went back to the car, hooked it up again but nothing, only Keybeeps. What is the problem??
